Scotty came to OBARR with his other sisters and brothers, Minnie, Calie and Sylvy. He is shy, but friendly when you talk to him or pet him...I am sure at this time Scotty misses his home. He would love to have a family to love him. Scotty is neutered and current on all his shots. There will pictures as soon as possible.
