Hi, my name is Libby. I was living outside with many other cats. A nice man was feeding and taking care of us until we could find a safe place to find a forever home.  I was shy and scared when I first came to OBARR, but I am feeling more relaxed every day. I am learning to like being held and cuddled.  I would probably enjoy a home with older children. I seem to get along with most cats, but I don't think I have ever met a dog, but a cat friendly home should be fine. I have been vaccinationed, dewormed, and flea treated.
